I recently had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Oliva as my realtor, and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Elizabeth was super helpful throughout the entire process of buying my home. She communicated with me consistently and was always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One key experience that I would like to mention is during my home walkthrough. I was so grateful that Elizabeth joined me on this walkthrough because she was able to spot some issues and things that I hadn’t even noticed. After she pointed out these issues, the builder was able to fix them before I moved in, which was a huge relief.
 Even after purchasing the home, Elizabeth went the extra mile to help me get set up with everything. For instance, she helped me choose the best electric provider possible, which was a huge help for someone who had never done that before. Throughout the entire process, Elizabeth’s communication skills were great. She was always available to answer my questions and provide updates. She made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the way.
Elizabeth looked out for my best interests, which made me feel confident, and I felt that I was in good hands. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone in need of a reliable realtor.

Took a few weeks to find a home. Saw almost 20 before finding the right one. Elizabeth didn't give up. She and I had our challenges with communication and setting expectations, but once we had a good talk we were back on track. She definitely will to travel to show you as many homes as you want. She's also not afraid to climb into attics to check it out for you. Lol she's a trooper! She also keeps needed supplies in her car. Items you wouldn't think to bring when viewing homes such as hand sanitizer, flash lights, tape measure, and toliet paper. She tries to align all of your viewing into one day or one weekend. You will learn what you like quickly by viewing so many homes at the same time. I would recommend having a home search meeting initially. Both of you sitting at a table with a laptop and looking at homes before going to view them. Literally, looking through MLS together. I think this would be helpful so she has a better idea of what to recommend. Many times I was finding homes and sending them to her. I wanted her to look for homes too, but she didn't know what I was looking for or maybe didn't feel comfortable recommending them for me. I wanted to cover more ground by us both looking for homes. This is an expectation I should have communicated early in the process. I was a first time home buyer so I leaned on her for guidance. When I wasnt getting that, I communicated that to her and she rose to the challenge. You have to be clear about your expectations early on. She will meet those expectations. She is in your corner! Buying a home can be a stressful experience. One hopes to find that 'rare' salesperson who focuses on your expectations, listens to your preferences and slow-walks you through the process. Someone who demonstrates patience, responsiveness, and a superior knowledge of the industry they represent. After 20+ years in our home it was time to scale down, slow down and move closer to our kids and grandkids. The self-search process was difficult and time consuming; we needed to find a realtor, so with a little luck, and a lot of prayer we found Elizabeth Oliva! Elizabeth helped us find a home builder and walked us through every step of the process, always by our side, never missed a meeting. After a year, the dodgy builder canceled our contract leaving us in the lurch. As Elizabeth had already invested a year in our quest without compensation, who would have blamed her for taking her leave. Instead, she helped us though the disappointment, rolled up her sleeves and went to work. It was her encouragement and calm assurance that kept us from abandoning our mission. While we knew that Elizabeth was collaborating with other clients, we felt as if we were her only client. She stayed on point and never wavered from her mission. Weeks later, we toured a home that checked off every box on our list. The market was volatile so we made an immediate offer which was accepted. Soon after, Elizabeth sold our existing home at a great price. I don’t often write reviews, but my wife and I agree that this experience far exceeded our expectations. What I have written speaks to the character of Elizabeth Oliva. Her kindness, honesty, integrity, knowledge, and calming presence carried us through what, under different circumstances, could have been a gut-wrenching experience. Today, we are settled into our beautiful new home, and we have never been happier. While Elizabeth is no longer our realtor, she is forever our friend, and we feel blessed to have worked with her.
