Liz and Joe made it so easy to be able to sell my mother in law's home After her passing. It is hard enough not being able to keep her home in the family. They helped us keep our mind at ease not having to worry about anything from start to finish, right through the closing. They made us feel extremely comfortable Right from the start. We felt like Liz and Joe were part of our family. They answered every question or concern no matter how small. We wish we had another house to sell!

Liz is AMAZING!! She found me the perfect starter home! She will do anything and everything for you (even climb ladders after knee surgery!) Also, she is a negotiating queen! I got my house way under the appraised value and it wasn't even a short sale! I had a very small budget and she was still happy to help! She is by your side the entire time throughout the process. I definitely recommend her to everyone!! I do suggest doing your own research when it comes to finding an attorney though. The paralegals with the one we used made several large mistakes. Everything turned out all right though, Liz made sure of that! She was in contact with all parties always fighting for me!
