Not only is she efficient and effective, she takes the stress out of the buying and selling process. She communicates constantly, and is just a wonderful person to work with. Elizabeth is a consummate professional. She not only knows real estate, but she also knows EXACTLY how to communicate with her clients during a very stressful process (because, let's face it, dealing with buying or selling a house is inherently stressful, even if the reason is joyful!) She did not try to oversell her qualifications or hype up expectations for the sale of my house. Instead she forthrightly suggested what I should expect, and then proceeded to guide me through what renovations made sense, and which ones didn't. The photographer she hired was superb, and her listing strategy sound, which resulted in FORTY groups of folks looking at the property during the first open house and another sixty in the next three days, resulting in over twenty offers. Elizabeth's attention to detail and meticulous organization then kicked in--she presented those offers to me methodically, which allowed me to understand which offer was the best one to accept. She guided me through negotiations and the period in which the house was under contract, keeping me informed of what steps were next and insuring the closing date met my timeline. Elizabeth is a superb agent, and she is--as she will tell you, a people person. That is absolutely true. She loves what she does, and you will love what she does as well!
