We were first time home sellers and she handled everything (including our nerves) with great professionalism. Our house sold quickly for over the asking price thanks completely to Elizabeth. Her husband realtor Chuck took the wonderful photos that sold the house to a California couple. Elizabeth was easy to work with and completely understands the rules and laws that were involved with the selling of our home.

My mom worked her butt off to make sure I bought the condo of my dreams! She made sure that I was protected and negotiated for a great price! She treats all of her clients like family! I highly recommend and of course use her again when I’m ready for a house!

Elizabeth was simply great. She brings a lot of experience and enthusiasm to every showing. She helped me navigate a tough market, and made the experience enjoyable. She is also extremely patient. As a first time buyer it took me a long time to figure out what I was looking for, but Elizabeth never put pressure on me and was flexible with my changing list of “must haves”. In fact looking at listing with her was often the highlight of my weekend. When it came time to close we ran into a couple hiccups with lenders and titles - but Elizabeth handled each one in turn and I never had any doubt that things wouldn’t turn out well. She was adamant everything be done correctly and documented thoroughly. Elizabeth also walked me though the closing the day before so I would know what to expect, which made closing a relatively quick and painless experience (as quick as closing can be). Overall I couldn’t be happier with her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to move.

Elizabeth was knowledgeable, energetic, and laser focused on selling our home. She wasn’t the kind of realtor that let things just sit. She was very aware of what would make our house more desirable, and helped to make that happen. In addition, she followed up with potential buyers (without being pushy), to see what their opinions of the house were. Our situation was unique since we weren’t even in the state when we asked her to sell our house. She did all the staging herself (a big job!), and oversaw the painting of several rooms. She came in before each showing to turn on lights, etc., and returned again after each showing to be sure everything was left in order. She practically lived here! She cleaned up after the painter left. Honestly, I don’t think any other realtor would have treated us so well. We got a good price for our home, and did it rather quickly.
