In fact looking at listing with her was often the highlight of my weekend. When it came time to close we ran into a couple hiccups with lenders and titles - but Elizabeth handled each one in turn and I never had any doubt that things wouldn’t turn out well. She was adamant everything be done correctly and documented thoroughly. Elizabeth also walked me though the closing the day before so I would know what to expect, which made closing a relatively quick and painless experience (as quick as closing can be). She was very aware of what would make our house more desirable, and helped to make that happen. In addition, she followed up with potential buyers (without being pushy), to see what their opinions of the house were. Our situation was unique since we weren’t even in the state when we asked her to sell our house. She did all the staging herself (a big job!), and oversaw the painting of several rooms. She came in before each showing to turn on lights, etc., and returned again after each showing to be sure everything was left in order. She practically lived here! She cleaned up after the painter left. Honestly, I don’t think any other realtor would have treated us so well. We got a good price for our home, and did it rather quickly.
