Eventually Liz arranged the sale through one of her contacts and a binding offer was soon accepted. Throughout the listing process our communication was excellent as always and her valuable feedback was more than helpful and appreciated. Once the contract signing procedures started, Liz was there for every step on the way. Liz provided me with a step by step procedure guide and then proceeded to oversee the whole process, practically "holding my hand" through it all. Liz was very precise about all the requirements that needed to be met before we moved to the next level. Liz oversaw every financial transaction making sure that funds and documents were all intact before giving the ok. During the actual contract, Liz was there listening and intervening whenever she felt necessary, making sure that my interests were well represented. The sale was completed in a very reasonable time frame and with as less stress for me as possible. Liz also proceeded to call me 3 times just to make sure the funds were transferred properly before handing the keys to the new owners. I feel very fortunate to have Liz by my side on all Miami real estate matters. We actually feel Liz as part of our family now and I hope to be able to invest with her for many years to
