Brian and Elizabeth are both heavily knowledgeable in their respective areas of expertise. If one didn’t have the answer the other did, which made them a one stop shop. We were out of town buyers, which we heavily relied on Elizabeth to be the eyes of all areas and she did not hesitate to give us her opinion and show us first hand the sides of town via video. We are very much so appreciative on the full experience and being able to purchase new build with a bit of perks included!

My husband and I were moving to El Paso from out of state and were recommended to reach out to Elizabeth and Brian Hall by many. Thankfully we did. Immediately, I could tell that they cared about our timeline, budget, and needs and wants when it came to buying our first home. They worked around the clock to meet with us virtually in a different time-zone, and even took time out of their Saturday to show us listings in person. They were knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. I will always recommend Elizabeth and her husband to others in the Market to buy/sell their home.

I would like to preface this by highlighting that we purchased a new construction home. The Hall family were perfect realtors for us. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a easily digestible way. Mrs. Hall frequently went out of her way to accommodate us and often took initiative to make sure we were in the loop throughout the 7 month process. It was a very pleasant experience and I would totally use their service again in a heartbeat.

Working with Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal. We were on a short time crunch to find a home. She understood that and was able to set up home viewing within the matter of hrs when we found homes we were interested in. In a short time, she learned exactly what we wanted even when we didn’t know. Elizabeth setup a viewing of two homes she thought we would like and this is where we found our home. What we appreciated most about this entire experience, was her presence during closing. She asked us if we wanted her to be in the room or in the waiting area during closing. We chose to have her in the room with us and we are so glad we did. During the time of us working together she learned our body language and facial expressions. So during the closing when my husband or I made a certain face, she would immediately have the person who was going over the closing documents explain more in detail of that document. Throughout the closing, she continued asking us do we understand or have any questions. She was very vocal for us during closing and ensured we understood each and every document. We really appreciated her for that because it’s a lot of information and paperwork. We greatly appreciated working with Elizabeth and definitely recommend her to anyone whose looking for a home.

Elizabeth Hall and Brian Hall are amazing realtors! First, I found them on Facebook doing research on realtors in El Paso. They have a Facebook Page named “Fort Bliss PCS PAY-IT-FORWARD”. I’ve read the reviews and recommendations of others! I have decided to reach out to them and explained my situation. They then set up a FaceTime appointment for consultation and then we started working from there. When we first started the process, Both me and my wife were away and not even in El Paso. Elizabeth and Brian assisted us on everything and represented us well. They were very patient showing us listings after listings just to pick the right home for us. We were looking for a new construction home and they gave us lots of options and explained to us every home we were interested in. It was our first time buying a home and with little to no idea on how the home buying process works. Luckily, Elizabeth and Brian were there along the way to educate us! They both were very knowledgeable and familiar with El Paso’s current housing market and with the VA loan process. We’ve been communicating through emails and Facebook Messenger. I had 100% confidence that they were able to take care of us and answer all of our questions. The thing that I appreciated the most is that they educate you on what is going on. For me, it is important to be aware on details and they were able to guide us through it! I’m glad I found them to represent us. I couldn’t have had a better team! They assisted us on everything! From listings, lenders, home inspectors, communicating with the Builder, and even on our home walkthrough! They explained everything from traffic infos, maps, etc. little details like that matters. They never fail to send us updates! I am just grateful for all they did! Elizabeth and Brian, Thank you for your hard work!
