She's personable and skillful in the art of negotiation. There is no doubt that she's working to protect your interest as the seller. She's able to navigate choppy waters and bring together a meeting of the minds, that otherwise would derail the whole sales process. She keeps the seller informed of the sales progress in a regular and timely manner. Her verbal and written communication skills is good and adequate respectively.
