After viewing her listing she was nice enough to show me another property, that was not her listing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which I needed because I was not familiar with it. Needless to say, she became my agent. Elizabeth was so patient. There were not a lot of listings in the area I was looking in, so we couldn’t look at a lot of them at the same time. And with the Covid-19, it was almost impossible to get back to back appointments. We looked at quite a few properties over a 5 month period (it was also the holidays). We made many offers. The bidding war was ridiculous. But we persevered and I finally found my humble abode. And on a final note, I needed to back out of offer due to negative conditions on the disclosure. Elizabeth did not even try to get me to change my mind. No pressure.
