Elizabeth was a tremendous help in purchasing our first home! She is professional, ethical, and was dedicated to our needs is finding the our home. She is truly knowledgeable in the whole real estate transaction process and provide the most helpful of advise when we had questions about the whole process. With each home we visited, Elizabeth will provide on information on the community, such as local schools and restaurants. She help us convey what we wanted out of the purchase to the seller and their agent in the most professional manner, but still fought for what we wanted. My husband and I were thrilled to be working with Elizabeth for our first home. She really streamlined the whole process from start to finish and helped us understand what we were getting into. She researched property values, schools and neighborhoods. She spoke with listing agents and arranged viewings- it was fantastic! Elizabeth was very hands on. She took us to countless homes viewings and suggested a wide variety of open houses in the neighborhoods we were interested in. She reviewed the pros and cons of short sales, trust sales, and traditional sales- All things we previously had very limited knowledge of. We are incredibly thankful to Elizabeth for walking us through each step.
