It was an easy choice to select Elizabeth as my realtor when I decided to sell my parent’s home as she had cared to keep in touch with me since my mom’s passing in 2015. No pressure to sell, just letting me know she was there if I needed anything. Elizabeth is honest, straightforward and very organized! She was there every step of my journey, answering questions and offering a listening ear when I needed one. Any loose ends towards making the house ready for sale we’re taken care of. She visited the property every few days to make sure the property was secure. Her virtual tour of the house was beautiful! But most of all, Elizabeth can be trusted. With integrity, she sincerely cared about the property and me personally. She knew the sale was emotionally difficult for me but she paved the way for a smooth transition. Her sense of humor, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail helped us get a great price for my property. I will use her again for a realtor…a keeper in this field where most care about the money more than the person. But, more importantly because of a shared value system, I’ve also gained a new friend!

Elizabeth was a tremendous help in purchasing our first home! She is professional, ethical, and was dedicated to our needs is finding the our home. She is truly knowledgeable in the whole real estate transaction process and provide the most helpful of advise when we had questions about the whole process. With each home we visited, Elizabeth will provide on information on the community, such as local schools and restaurants. She help us convey what we wanted out of the purchase to the seller and their agent in the most professional manner, but still fought for what we wanted. Her network of services was especially helpful for when we were getting the house ready for our move in. Elizabeth is excellent and awesome. We highly recommend her.

She’s very knowledgeable, is patient and puts time and effort to help you find your desired home. We were looking for the house I wanted almost for a year and at the end She helped me to find a good lender which helped me with getting my loan on time also.
