Beth was very professional and efficient in facilitating the sale of our house, and she was courteous and kind, understanding about the fact that we were traveling and not always able to respond quickly to her messages. She went above and beyond in helping to stage the house, publishing the listing at the right places in the right time and manner. We got 17 showings and several offers within 4 days of accepting requests for showings. 3 out of 4 offers were above the asking and we were able to settle with the offer that was not only the highest number, but also the one with least contingencies!
