We bought two properties in Venice with Eli and Niko, and we can't recommend them highly enough. Their market and real estate knowledge goes far beyond what you'd expect from a broker. They understand the full picture, from development potential to staging to the rental market, and they bring real legal know-how to the table as well. Every piece of advice felt grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely in our best interest. Their work ethic is incredible. They were available 24/7, moved at an extremely fast pace, and never let anything slip. Whenever a question came up, on almost any topic, they had a smart answer or knew exactly how to find one. They were always customer focused and eager to find the perfect solution rather than just closing a deal. On top of all that, they're simply great people to work with. The whole process felt easy, even when it was complex.

We bid on two homes under Eli's guidance. For the first one, she told us that we probably would not win with the amount we were bidding. We stuck to our guns and - guess what - she was right. For the second one, she said she liked our bid and - guess what - she was right again. In retrospect, we are so happy that we lost the first bid (although we were devastated at the time) and won the second. We are very happy in our new home. Eli and Niko are experienced and well connected. They know all the people (inspectors, contractors, etc.) that you need to know to get things figured out and set up. Easy to talk to. Humorous. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth has to be the most knowledgeable agent on the westside. She was enormously helpful in terms of understanding any issues with the house, zoning, etc. All her recommendations (contractors, inspectors, etc) have also been top notch. Working with Elizabeth and Niko was an amazing experience, and we’re so grateful they helped us buy our dream home! :) As a first-time homebuyer, the whole process felt pretty stressful and overwhelming. I swear my heart rate felt faster during the whole duration of escrow but they always made us feel like we were in good hands. They were calm, reassuring, and always ready to help with any issues that came up during escrow. When our loan was taking longer than expected, they followed up with our mortgage broker and pushed to get things moving. They’re also very knowledgeable and thorough. They explained all the documents we were signing, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. They even took calls late at night to go over documents with us page by page, which really helped with our anxiety and made everything feel a lot more manageable. One of the most impressive parts was what happened with the home itself. We were in escrow twice. The first time, our offer was accepted, but we ended up backing out. Later, another unit in the same community came on the market, and we decided to try again. We honestly didn’t think the sellers would choose us after we had pulled out the first time, but Elizabeth and Niko somehow made it happen and got our offer accepted again! Thanks to Elizabeth and Niko, we ended up with our dream home! We recommend them to any first time home buyers or if you're looking for your dream home!
