Elizabeth helped us buy a house before it went to the market and i believe we bought for a price below market value. She provided us with local experts in a very timely fashion to help us get comfortable with the purchase. Elizabeth and Niko are genius marketers. They have a lot of experience in real estate and gave me excellent advice about improving my unit in ways that were effective when putting on the market. They spent a lot of time in the unit both in making decisions about preparing it and then later showing it. They know a great set of contractors to work with who got the jobs done quickly and well. They are familiar with the entire sales process, with lots of paperwork, from beginning to end. Their recommended escrow agent was terrific. I have been recommending them enthusiastically to my friends who are thinking of selling.

Elizabeth & Niko are both very knowledgeable about the Los Angeles area and its many neighborhoods. After first meeting Elizabeth at an open house, we immediately knew she was a good fit because she had tons of great insight and analysis of neighborhood cultures, market trends, and zoning regulations. Eli & Niko continued to offer great insight, and were very supportive throughout the sometimes stressful house hunting process. They both also kept positive attitudes which made the experience full of joy. They are very communicative, super resourceful and courteous.
