Elizabeth Cedillos, was our agent and now is our friend! From day one until our home closing date she was there for us, hand by hand. She is very acknowledged of the market she took her time showing us different houses, she listens and the most important of all excellent customer service, I was able to call her with any question or any doubt during the process she always responded in a professional manner and promptly to the point that I earned a friend and she has a plus, she is Bilingual if I could not explain my self in English, I ll talk to her in Spanish and it was great experience for me and my husband. Elizabeth, was amazing from the begining. She clearly defines expecations and communicates them through the whole process. She impressed both myself and my wife going beyond what we considered a normal working relationship to ensure we were comfortable with information and what to expect. She was able to get our house on the market quickly with beautifl pictures and within a week, we had a buyer. Who appitute to market the house and stock interest ahead of time allowed for more interest and cut down the on the market time dramatically. She uses all resources available to bring in intyerested buyers. I really cannot say enough about Elizabeth because our expereince with her went well beyond expectations. I was matched with Elizabeth on putting an offer for my dream home...1st and only home I made an offer on in this crazy market. She is always professional and helpful no matter what I need. She reminded me to apply for the Homestead at the beginning of the year. She provided a Comparable Market Analysis to fight the rise in County taxes (haven't had my hearing yet). She gave me the names of electricians, pool contractors and HVAC techs. She even called the Title company for me almost 8 months after closing to see if they would provide me with another copy of the survey.
