I could write a book about Eliza, but if I could describe her approach in a few words, it would be that she goes above and beyond, consistently. We first found her when attempting to purchase a new construction home in 2021. We encountered 8 months of unexpected hurdles and delays with loans and building. Never once did she let a memo, an opportunity, a concern, fall through the cracks. So, when we decided to sell in 2026, we knew there was no one better than Eliza. She balances a fast-acting, competitive-but-realistic approach to selling. She absolutely got us our top dollar while still getting sold quickly. Our house was under contract in 48 hours! She is no-nonsense, yet compassionate, and maintains a professional dynamic between the other buyers, agents, lenders, attorneys, etc. no matter the situation (negative or positive). Oh, and she has someone for everything! Property knowledge, repairs, legal matters, electricity issues, flooring, etc - she’s got someone for everything! When we were out of state, she took it upon herself to go back and sweep our home after a contractor finished repairs, got rid of extra boxes, and make sure our home was move-in ready for the other buyers. She truly cares about everyone who is a part of the home purchasing/selling experience. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s one of a kind!
