We first found her when attempting to purchase a new construction home in 2021. We encountered 8 months of unexpected hurdles and delays with loans and building. She communicated with us every day, had meetings with me and my wife, and always made sure we knew what was going on. One thing that really stood out was how much she helped when we were busy. She called businesses for us, helped coordinate things that needed to be done before closing, and gave us reliable business contacts when we needed work completed. We still use some of those contacts now. Eliza also helped us with the purchase of our new home, and we truly appreciate everything she did for us. After I found a house that I was interested in I called the number on the sign. The realtor on the sign couldn't meet with me at that moment. So he got in contact with Eliza last minute and she went out of her way to meet me at the house. I found Eliza extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. She contacted the owners with my offer that Saturday and on Sunday we had a deal! Eliza was very helpful in what had to be done and she got all of the paperwork to me in short order. I found that I really didn't have to do much on my end, she took care of 90% of what had to be done to close the deal, the other 10% I had to do and it only took me about a day and a half of my time to do what I needed to do, (VERY STRESS FREE for me)!
