Eliza was amazing during the process of buying our new home. She is incredibly organized and helped us keep up with everything we had to do. She was prompt with her responses and also with getting information for us when we asked. She is extremely professional and represented us well when corresponding with the other realtors and anyone else we had to work with for things. I know that without her help, this would have been a much more stressful experience. I am thankful for her!

I am hearing impaired and searched for a realtor who was willing to work with me via text/email only. Eliza was the only one and she has been FANTASTIC. After I found a house that I was interested in I called the number on the sign. The realtor on the sign couldn't meet with me at that moment. So he got in contact with Eliza last minute and she went out of her way to meet me at the house. I found Eliza extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. She contacted the owners with my offer that Saturday and on Sunday we had a deal! Eliza was very helpful in what had to be done and she got all of the paperwork to me in short order. I found that I really didn't have to do much on my end, she took care of 90% of what had to be done to close the deal, the other 10% I had to do and it only took me about a day and a half of my time to do what I needed to do, (VERY STRESS FREE for me)! In my case, the whole thing took about 3 weeks and I am in my new home! If someone ever asks me if I know of a good realtor, I would highly recommend Eliza! Thank you Eliza for everything! Dennis
