We were fortunate to work with Elissa on our recent condo purchase. We were in town for a just a few days on holiday and had limited time to look. From the start, Elissa was able to identify the right types of places we were looking for. She quickly searched through available inventory and filtered it for us to further narrow our search. We provided our top 10 choices at 1am, and by 8am the next day, we had a list of units to see over the next 2 days. While each of the properties had their merits (there were a few we could have made offers on), our first choice "on paper" ended up being our first choice upon visit. Elissa helped us navigate through the process by encouraging us to think about the important factors and asking the questions, to us AND to the property owners, we may not have been thinking about. Further, she helped us manage the negotiating process, ensuring we weren't offering more than needed. Once in contract, Elissa took care of every detail in managing the process and dealing with the multiple parties involved. She stayed on top of things, and we never had to ask her where things are at. We received regular updates and requests for any outstanding information needed. She made herself available for any calls we wanted to have. All this with a great sense of humor and personal care. We wholeheartedly recommend Elissa and look forward to working with her again, whether it be for managing a rental property or a future purchase.

She found the perfect unit for us, and then Covid. We never would have made the purchase if she had not been our agent.
