Buying your first home is always a scary proposition. When you are purchasing in a new city, where you are unfamiliar with the neighborhoods, it is even more stressful. At least it would have been without an amazing real estate agent. We met Elissa when we first moved to Miami Beach and were looking for a rental. One year later, when we were ready to buy, we knew we couldn’t work with anyone else. Elissa took her time bringing us to different areas of Miami Beach, showing us not only beautiful properties, but also pointing out different restaurants, parks and amenities nearby. Just like she knew the area, she also seemed to know the people of these communities and this is perhaps how she was able to find us properties practically before they were on the market. I am still amazed at how easy the whole process was and now my fiancée and I own a beautiful condo South of Fifth. Without Elissa I am sure we would never have found something like this in our budget.
