We've worked with Elise four times, the first time to find our first house, then to rent out our condo, then to buy land, and most recently to sell our current house. Every experience with Elise has gone smoothly; she always has the answers to our questions and can easily resolve any issues, which is why we've returned to work with her so often!

Elise came to the house having researched all properties in our area with a build like ours and suggested a price to sell as is. Next, she made suggestions on how to update our home to maximize our experience. Once we completed that, she researched once again and we agreed on a selling price. Next, she showed us how stage our home most effectively. She hired an outstanding photographer who took beautiful pictures of our home. Next we went live! It was exciting. In 3 days, we had 31 showings and 13 offers. She showed us each offer but helped point out our best offers. Then helped us make the moves all the way to the sale. She was there with a positive attitude and lifted us up when things got down. Our house went for above asking and was an easy sale because of her work. She is amazing.

We have worked with Elise on a few occasions. She is excellent at what she does. All the advise and guidance she provided made for smooth transactions. She is always extremely responsive to every question we sent her way, no matter how small. We highly recommend her and frankly would not use anyone else to buy/sell our next home

Elise Harnisch, the realtor, helped us in a way that I thought no one else would be capable. First, my husband is a very wise and logical thinker. He also likes to save his money doing things his own way. After two years of looking for houses together on his own terms, I saw no light at the end of the tunnel and begged for him to hire a realtor. He finally gave in. I knew this wouldn’t be a challenge just anyone could live up to, it had to be someone smart, direct and yet professional. I had met Elise at a local gathering and had known for years she would be the one to help us. I called her immediately. She came and met with us and drew out exactly what we needed in a home and what wasn’t working for us in our current home. She also noticed my diar need to move and my husband’s reluctance to move unless it met many previously listed criteria. Elise took on the job and respected both of our needs and wants. She let us work on our own to figure out the sites we wanted to see. She set up the visits and did the leg work needed. That first day out, we went from house to house and she listened to each of us and helped us analyze what we wanted and didn’t want. The third house, I knew it was the one. My husband was reluctant. “The heating bill concerns me,” he said. “All of the houses your looking at are the same size and price range as this house. What would concern you about the differences in those heating bills?” It was a great question. My husband and I headed home and talked more including the ideas with Elise the next day. With her guidance, my reluctant husband became a happy home buyer. I was so relieved. The house that I wanted was ours in 3 weeks. Elise knew just what to do at each step and led us smoothly through to the purchase. She was amazing knowledgeable at each step. Even more so than I already thought she would be. Did I mention she was amazing too. I will always mention her name to others when they are buying a house.

This is the third time I have worked with Elise and her skills never cease to amaze! She is knowledgeable, compassionate and unless you’re extremely stubborn, the easiest person to work with towards your goal of buying or selling a home.
