Review for Elise Kaynor

I have had an excellent experience with Elise Kaynor. I am Veteran Gold Star/Gold Metal Spouse and a year ago I wanted to sell my house. The Veterans organization put me in contact with Elise. She totally understood my situation and what I wanted moving forward with my life! Elise always worked tirelessly in advising me, coaching me in what my part in the process was! After not being able to find exactly what I wanted, we did take a break for a few months and then I called her again to put my home back on market! With us working together again and the market changing some, she held an open house, at my suggestion for two late afternoons during the week before Mother's Day weekend. Those days created a lot of activity and we got two offers from the open houses, one didn't pan out, however, we did get another good solid offer which resulted in my house selling and closing within 20 days! Elise worked tirelessly showing me houses until we found the perfect home for me! She has worked tirelessly with me, the other agents for both properties, the Title companies and my lender, Veteran's United Lending, to make sure everything was and is in place for both house closings! Elise goes above and beyond giving great advise on the selling and buying sides of the transactions (even when she is on vacation)!! I highly recommend that anyone wanting to sell and/or buy a home/property contact Elise Kaynor for their Real Estate agent.
