Lysa did a wonderful job on our recent real estate purchase in Round Rock. We were new to the area, having arrived just one year prior from the San Francisco Bay Area. Although my wife and I made every attempt to look through as many areas as possible before deciding to purchase a home, Lysa's local knowledge of the area helped us discover many new neighborhoods we had not considered. When we got things narrowed down to a few homes, she provided us with comps so we felt comfortable knowing we were not overbidding for the homes we liked. Throughout the process, she was always timely in getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had, and really worked as our advocate throughout the sale, negotiating with the seller on minor blemishes discovered by the inspector. To our surprise, she even attended our close with the title company. If we are ever looking to buy another home in the area, we would not hesitate in hiring Lysa again to represent us. She made the whole buying process very pleasant.
