One thing I will say that he is prompt with getting back to your calls and is very understanding of schdules. I was able to do all of this while living out of state.

My experience buying a house was exhausting and frustrating at times, however, it turned out to be a wonderful accomplishment. Despite the challenges of finding a house that suits my needs I had an agent prior to Mr. Cook who was not as experience. I ended up losing out on a house that I was very interested in because of there inexperience. I ended up changing agents and found a more experienced agent in Mr. Cook. After we began working together I noticed he was a bit more knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for, whereas the other agent seemed to be in a bit of a rush to get me in a house so that they could receive there payment. Mr. Cook was very knowledgeable about the process and helpful, and patient, only concerned about me getting the house I wanted without being in a rush to do it. Mr. Cook met my expectations and within a couple of weeks I found just the house my family so desperately needed. I can honestly say that Mr. Cook did a phenomenal job in understanding what kind of house I was interested in and in what location. Mr. Cook fortunately is from and lives in the area so that made the task a bit more helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Cook for his expertise and patience and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

My experience with Elijah was wonderful. I couldn't have picked a better agent. He worked so hard to help find the right home for me. He emailed me links to homes he wanted to show me and I shared links to homes I had found as well. He was quick to return text and phone calls and was very helpful in helping me work through the process of buying my new home. He’s very professional, very knowledgable of the business and was able to break it down easily for me to understand. If I ever move, I will definitely be using him again
Elijah was great! After telling him what amount of house I needed, what area I preferred to live in and what amount I could afford, it only took him a weekend to find me a house. We saw about 5 or six homes but he purposely saved the best for last and it indeed became my home. He also showed himself to be very observant and knowledgeable in home improvement as well. He seems to be very passionate and dedicated to all his crafts. I feel very fortunate to have had him as my realtor.
