First of all, I want to start this review by saying that I have had multiple experiences with realtors. This is why I know that Elianne is the best that I have dealt with. Another fact, is that she rendered two services. The first, she began as my property manager. I moved out of the United States and she managed my property and when I tell you that this was the most painless experiences of my life, I would still be undermining her. She was on top of every issue that my tenant would had. She was diligent and very fast on resolving the issue. She was always keen on resolving the issue while saving time and money. Which is very important when you are a landlord. My tenant and I were always extremely satisfied with her ability to respond to everything from a phone call to a big issue. Furthermore, I also used her to eventually selling my apartment. From day one she was active. Everyone there was any development, she was on top of it and kept me updated. The process was great and felt like I did nothing but sign. Even when the buyer came across some hiccups, she was assertive and communicative with the buyer to resolve any issue that his realtor would take time to do. This was very impressive and unheard of to me. I 1,000 percent recommend Elianne to anybody in the south Florida area. Best hands down. Marvelous person to give your business to. I will definitely use Elianne again when I move back to the states.
