Elena and Kevin are true professionals. They helped us to sell my Mother's house for which I am the successor trustee. It was sold the 1st weekend that it was on the market for above list price. They helped us with all the preparations to get the house ready to show. Their experience allowed them to answer our questions and prepare us for what would come next. They were totally familiar with the intricacies of a living trust. I would recommend them without reservation. They are the best! Kenya

I have worked with different realtors over the years, and the difference in working with Elena is clear. She is very knowledgeable and professional, bringing many years of experience. Elena was always there to answer any of my questions and elevated the stress that comes with selling a home. She also helped me find my new home!

Elena was a great realtor. She helped us find the new home we wanted. She kept us updated on homes like we were looking for. Then she would meet us and take us through the home. We kept her busy but she never complained. Kevin her husband was a great help too. Together they would keep up on all the paperwork and follow up on things. Explaining everything to us. They arranged things like the inspection, etc. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home or selling a home because I know how hard they work to make things come together.

It has been such a pleasure working with Kevin and Elena in purchasing our property. They made the whole process so easy and convenient for us and were readily available around the clock. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, on top of it all, and had everything done so quickly for us. I highly recommend them!! We look forward to continuing our relationship in purchasing our next property in the next few months.

It's been a real pleasure and an education to work with Elena and Kevin as Real Estate Agents. In our case, their experience, professionalism, guidance, and patience were far beyond what we could have expected. They deftly walked us through every step in selling this home. And they're just great people.

Elena and Kevin came to me through a recommendation of a Trust Attorney. I am the successor trustee for my father's trust and was completely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done. They are very experienced and adept at handling both the property and those involved in the trust. Always available and understanding of the difficulties (ie red tape, beneficiaries, etc) involved in a Trust. I was able to freely consult with them on any, all issues and received sound advice or direction on where to find the answers I needed. We had a rental property with 3 units and a vacancy in one. They gave an educated opinion on how to handle the vacant unit and get the propert sold. The estimated sales price was spot on and the property had multiple bids. They were able to help me sort them and I was able to chose the best offer. The property closed in less than 30 days. They will be listing my father's mobile home in next 30 days and I know they will do an excellent job in that transaction as well. If you need a real estate agent Elena and Kevin are the ones to use, hands down!

About 4 years ago my husband and I were looking to buy our first home. We were referred to Elena Quijano through a friend, and all I can say is that Elena was amazing! As a young, first time buyer, she was available in person and on the phone at all times to answer all our questions, walk us through the process of an FHA, and helped us compete against a cash only market. With Elena, we were able to get our offer accepted and buy our first starter home. Four years later, as our family grew so did our need for a larger home. We knew exactly who to call to help us sell and buy! Elena understood our need to make a smooth transition from one home to another. She found us the perfect home for our growing family, with all the features we were looking for. Again, she helped us compete against multiple offers to get our offer accepted. Now our as excitement grew so did our anxiousness to sell our current home. With Elena we knew not to worry because we knew we were in good hands. 9 days after listing and multiple offers later, our home was in escrow. Elena was there for every step of the way from inspections, to appraisals, and most of all to be there to listen and answer our phone calls. We recommend her to anyone we know interested in buying or selling. -The Lopez Family
