Elena and Kevin are diligent, very experienced and honest agents. The sale of my brother's estate began on a rocky footing; fraught with irritated individuals, who had no experience in dealing with a reverse mortgaged home. In short order, Kevin was able to explain the myriad of details associated with the reverse mortgage procedures and the steps required by the lender to meet the tight timelines. Both Kevin and Elena attended the volatile meeting with me (as coaches to me and as teachers to those challenging the need to sell the home). Following several phone conferences with the challengers and subsequent calls to apprise me of the questions being posed. There were several key requirements of me, as the sole Trustee, to which Kevin provided guidance to ensure all steps were handled professionally and legally. The home was sold, closed and turned over to the buyers within the 30-day timeline. Both Kevin and Elena handled all communications with the challengers, leaving me to manage other issues for the estate free of emotional drain.
