Bill met Elan about 15 years ago when she showed him a house in Chesapeake City. Being impressed with her , he saved her phone number. When we decided to move to the Chesapeake area, he contacted her. One of our main objectives was our new place needed a pool and Elan was helpful in contacting local and county officials regarding installation rules. No matter when we called, she was available.
