This was very helpful because as things progressed I already had the background knowledge I needed to make informed decisions. Throughout the entire process Elan gave me all of the essential information, yet at the same time empowered me to make my own decisions. I never felt pressured, but always felt supported. Elan is one of a kind! He does it all and he's a PRO!! We totally lucked out when we clicked the "contact Zillow" button and got matched with him! At our first showing he gave us a rundown of what to expect in the process, and realistic expectations - and it was clear he knew his stuff. He was a ton of fun to partner with and see houses with every weekend, and it's awesome that he was able to find us a place before it officially hit the market! He even helped us while he was out on Vacation! He is truly the best - 10/10!
