Very hard working knowledge and honest

Elaine was with me the whole way, from the very beginning. It was she who convinced me, with absolutely no pressure, to put my house on the market earlier than I had planned. It went on the market on the Friday of July 4th weekend and was sold by the following Tuesday morning for way more than the asking price. I never in my wildest dreams imagined this type of activity on a major holiday weekend. I originally listed my ho e with Coldwell Banker because my neighbor and friend, Cindy Gayle, had been a broker with the firm for many years. She had partnered with Elaine, and I am the grateful recipient of their expertise. High fives and kudos! The purchasers were able to get their financing and in these very challenging times, closed on the sale.
