Elaine was with me the whole way, from the very beginning. It was she who convinced me, with absolutely no pressure, to put my house on the market earlier than I had planned. It went on the market on the Friday of July 4th weekend and was sold by the following Tuesday morning for way more than the asking price. I never in my wildest dreams imagined this type of activity on a major holiday weekend. I originally listed my ho e with Coldwell Banker because my neighbor and friend, Cindy Gayle, had been a broker with the firm for many years. She had partnered with Elaine, and I am the grateful recipient of their expertise. High fives and kudos!
