Elaine is a very nice lady, extremely patient and responsive as well as very accommodating to my crazy travel schedule. She is not only knowledgeable about the market, but also learned very quickly what are the essential factors that I like, even before I realized what was a must for our family and what was just a nice to have and can be compromised.
