You'd probably agree that "real estate broker" is one of those professions with a huge variance of quality. Only when you've had a broker like Elaine will you really get to appreciate what distinguishes a decent broker from a great broker. Our sales process was extremely arduous, with every possible obstacle getting in our way. Seriously: Almost everything that could go wrong, did. Elaine went above and beyond to keep the process running, and do what's necessary to get to closing. I would've left a 5-star review even if everything had gone smoothly. But with the way things turned out for us, Elaine truly deserves more praise than a nondescript 5-star review. You will be lucky to have Elaine as your broker should anything ever go wrong. She's a problem solver, she's always available, she's a hard worker, she understands personalities, and she gets obstacles out of the way. Rarely met anyway who takes a job that seriously.

Despite having an international trip planned in days, Elaine understood my desire to sell with urgency and went above and beyond to expedite the transaction - arranging for her photographer to come in ASAP. The photos turned out IMMACULATE and I was equally impressed by her brochures and 'just listed' announcements. She managed to organize a last minute realtor open house just before she left.
