What else is there to say about Elaine other than she is the best (along with her admin. and team of inspectors and experts). Our experience was wonderful and there is no one else we would recommend. Her knowledge of the area is encyclopedic and she so routinely always went the extra mile for us. We can't tell you how many times we walked in a house and she had either already bought it, sold it and at the very least, been through and it knew all the remodels it had been through. She was diligently prepared and always knew all the recent comps in the area. Her network knew no bounds: she knew the appraiser, our paralegal at the title company and our attorney. When it came to the actual process, she knew of listings before they came on line and always got us in as the first viewing. She knew the finer details of homes, fixtures and appliances and thought about things that we never would have like 'this will make a good hangout room for him as teenager' (he's 2). Once we found "the one", within hours, she had some of the most thorough inspectors lined up. In the days after the inspection, she had several local tradesman over to come give quotes for various fixes that were needed. She was a master in the negotiating, ensuring the fixes we wanted were done before the closing, even in this seller's market. As if all of that weren't enough, the week before closing, she arranged all of our utilities for us and scheduled the cable company. The Elaine Eadon experience is unparalleled.
