We have purchased 2 homes with EJ, and our parents have purchased several more. She worked so closely with us and our desires in a home that we found both on our first day looking! Our first, we ended up happy in for 8 years, our second is our dream home in our dream neighborhood and we have been in it a year and a half now. She has a fantastic process and listens to your needs and offers great feedback to help you in what can be a very stressful time. We have worked with several realtors over the past 15 years, and hands down, EJ is the BEST. Several years ago, we were in need of a replacement for the realtor we were currently using at the time. We called EJ, told her what we needed and she went to work. The sale of that first property was completed before I could say "escrow"!! We purchased another property after the sale and that went just as smooth. A few years later, we gave EJ what we thought was an impossible task. We needed to sell 2 properties and purchase another, all in a specific order and within 5 months. EJ ROCKED IT!!! She kept in touch daily and if a problem arose, she was working on a solution immediately. We recently had the pleasure of needing EJ’s expertise in purchasing another property. The “wish list” was long and we did not want to compromise on the very hard to find purchase. EJ came through for us again. EJ is our realtor, we would not think of using anyone else. EJ has many years experience in real estate and I listened to all her recommendations and good advice. With her knowledge and great communication skills she was the perfect realtor for my family. We just sold our house in Chandler, thanks to EJ's hard work. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and will always kindly answer any questions you may have.
