Eileen helped us buy our Flagstaff home, so when it came time to sell our home, we couldn't think of anyone better than Eileen. Both buying and selling felt comfortable with Eileen. Negotiation - made it a one-step process (satisfying us and the buyers). Problem solving - she got things resolved quickly (that were caused by the buyer's inefficient, out of state mortgage company). Inspection and repairs - coordinated it all. Right on our net proceeds?
