She never once pressured us to go out of our “comfort zone” and fought for the best deal that we could get, down to the very tiny details. We are so excited to have a beautiful first home and we could not have done it without Eileen. Eileen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us all along the way, anticipating issues and taking care of them. The property we bought had a septic system rather than sewer connection, and this caused many issues when trying to figure out if and where a pool could be built. I strongly recommend her.
