It was a great house, fairly priced, in a desirable location. Even with that we just weren't getting the results we expected. We switched to Eileen and the difference was immediately apparent. She presented us with a marketing strategy on the first day which helped target potential buyers. Her experience and professionalism was reassuring and she helped us through the entire process. Eileen helped us buy the perfect home for us in Orlando, and then turn around and sell that home 14 months later when we needed to relocate for a job. She is the best of the best: always timely, professional, and willing to help. She gave us space to make our own decisions when buying, and managed the sale of the home once we had already moved.
