Eileen did a fantastic job selling our house. Originally our house was listed with another realtor and I had thought the house would sell itself. It was a great house, fairly priced, in a desirable location. Even with that we just weren't getting the results we expected. We switched to Eileen and the difference was immediately apparent. She presented us with a marketing strategy on the first day which helped target potential buyers. Her experience and professionalism was reassuring and she helped us through the entire process. Eileen helped us buy the perfect home for us in Orlando, and then turn around and sell that home 14 months later when we needed to relocate for a job. She is the best of the best: always timely, professional, and willing to help. She gave us space to make our own decisions when buying, and managed the sale of the home once we had already moved. We loved working with Eileen and would not hesitate to partner with her again.

Eileen was very helpful with the selling of our house. She was always available to answer questions. During the time we were under contract we were not living in the home and she was always willing and eager to meet however we had come to the house to get it ready for the final walk through.
