Edwin was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, he’s very knowledgeable and was available all the time. He genuinely cared, always kept me informed and was there every step of the process. He went above and beyond, I highly recommend him!

Buying a home can be stressful but Edwin made it easier, he was with me at every point when looking at homes online or presenting them to me asap. He moved very fast and always answered my questions. He taught me a lot about purchasing a home that I never knew. I was not just another customer I was like family and he was trying to look out for me, and that was special. I got a hell of a deal on my house and this was all thanks to Edwin's ambition to make happen. Every story is different but I feel blessed to have this guy as my real estate agent. Thank Edwin you are invited to all the parties.

Edwin is the best realtor you can find in Reno! He was super helpful throughout the whole process. Had answers for all our questions and if he didn’t at the moment he would find them for us in a timely manner. He would check in consistently to make sure we were on track to buying our home by the date we wanted to. He was very dedicated and determined in finding a home that had all the things we wanted in it. Overall 10/10 service! Definitely coming back for his help in the future!

Mr Edwin Velasquez did an amazing job all around from start to finish! Whenever I had a question and or concern he would address it as soon as possible! Locked in viewings as soon as we gave him the word! He even went out of his way to buy WiFi on a cruise ship vacation just to reach out to me about some stuff that was going on! Hands down made this buying process way easier then I expected. I’ve heard horror stories and he made it as stress free as he could! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buying a home! He’s for the people he works for and his years of doing this business it truly shows! Edwin helped us find the home of our dreams and was patient with us being first-time home buyers. He shared his knowledge and education and worked with us every step of the way to find our perfect fit. Edwin was so fun to work with and the stories we shared while doing walkthroughs were ones for the books! Coming from the same community and having mutual friends and interests, we quickly built a lasting friendship with Edwin. So much so that he attended our wedding a few short months after closing on our house! We would highly recommend Edwin for anyone looking for a personable realtor that is willing to educate you and work with you to find your dream home rather than just sell you a piece of property. Edwin, thank you for everything!
