Edwin was my 3rd Realtor in a 5 month period and the best by FAR. My first experience was calling him at 7am and he actually answered the phone. To be honest I was actually floored after leaving messages with other real estate agents for months and getting a response late that night or not getting a response at all. Edwin explained to me that he was a Realtor & not a agent which I found out later is a huge difference for only a little more pay. Others were clueless most of the time when I asked a question and Edwin was the exact opposite. He is not only a smart guy in the real estate business, he's also a very hard working man. Even after the close on my house which took less than 30 days he has stayed in touch. Actually, I'm not sure it took 45 days from the morning I called him to closing on a awesome home in the area I wanted. This was after looking everywhere for almost 6 months which was tough becauseI work 7 days a week most of the time. If you're looking for the best Realtor in Northern Nevada Edwin is your guy. If I had one complaint it would be that he didn't give me more business cards. The man is TOP NOTCH and I will refer him every chance I get in the future.
Edwin was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was consistently responsive, patient, and extremely informative throughout the entire home buying process. We met with him he told us everything we needed to know about credit & buying a home we had a very low credit score but he told us don't get discouraged we'll get it up&get you a home! He could've said your scores to low & turned us away but nope him&his team stood by us helped us with great suggestions to repair our credit we did what he said& finally got our credit up&got a home! Buying a home can be stressful but Edwin made it easier, he was with me at every point when looking at homes online or presenting them to me asap. He moved very fast and always answered my questions. Edwin is the best realtor you can find in Reno! He was super helpful throughout the whole process. Had answers for all our questions and if he didn’t at the moment he would find them for us in a timely manner. He would check in consistently to make sure we were on track to buying our home by the date we wanted to.
