Edwin was all around great, he found me a house that would work for me and my boys and fit my budget. Anytime I had a question he would have an immediate knowledgeable response. His communication was great and did everything he could to reassure and make buying my house as less stressful as possible. He had a great positive attitude throughout the whole process. I’ll be sure to recommend him to anyone that wants to buy a house.

We had a situation where our new house didn't had Central Air but with Edwin's outstanding negotiation skills we came to an agreement with the buyer to add Central Air to the house. Edwin was my 3rd Realtor in a 5 month period and the best by FAR. My first experience was calling him at 7am and he actually answered the phone. To be honest I was actually floored after leaving messages with other real estate agents for months and getting a response late that night or not getting a response at all. Edwin explained to me that he was a Realtor & not a agent which I found out later is a huge difference for only a little more pay. Others were clueless most of the time when I asked a question and Edwin was the exact opposite. He is not only a smart guy in the real estate business, he's also a very hard working man. Even after the close on my house which took less than 30 days he has stayed in touch. Actually, I'm not sure it took 45 days from the morning I called him to closing on a awesome home in the area I wanted. This was after looking everywhere for almost 6 months which was tough becauseI work 7 days a week most of the time. If you're looking for the best Realtor in Northern Nevada Edwin is your guy. If I had one complaint it would be that he didn't give me more business cards. The man is TOP NOTCH and I will refer him every chance I get in the future.
