Edwin was attentive and available. He was prompt with his responses, and always calm and collected. Whenever an issue arose, Edwin had an appropriate solution and reassuring demeanor to help put me at ease during a stressful time. I found it quite impressive that he managed to negotiate exactly the amount I was expecting to receive after closing and fees. I would highly recommend.
