Eddy is the best realtor any buyer or seller could hope for. He was patient and didn't push any sale on us. My husband and I had completely different wants in a home and at times I feel like we were difficult to work with, but he was always kind and understanding when we didn't select the home we were viewing. I was also up front with him when we first started looking for house that there was a potential for us to end up building but that didn't deter him from working with us. We must have seen 15+ houses over a 1 year time frame until we found our home. Over this time period I feel that my husband and I found the home we were looking for and in the process I gained a friend in Eddy. I do not plan on moving for quite some time but if I do I will 100% use Eddy. Whenever anybody needs a realtor I will refer Eddy completely.

Eddy was excellent to work with during the purchase of my new home. He was very thorough when explaining things to me since this was my first home purchase. He was very accommodating with all the showings and was always early and never late. He made me feel very comfortable during a stressful time.
