Unequivocally, Ed Kalinka has been the most exceptional. He is super responsive and extremely engaged in the sale process; but not pushy. He worked as a dual agent for the home I bought. He was incredibly helpful leading up to the sale and closing. Moreover, it is now 2 months AFTER the closing and he has taken the lead to resolve a couple of issues that came up. He on his own handled a permit issue that would have taken me days to resolve and also helped set up contractors and insurance policies that I needed. Like I said, months after the closing. The guy is tireless and committed. He's at the top of his profession!
