He was very thorough with each step of the process, provided assistance with getting the house ready for sale, walked me through each offer, and was always reachable by phone. When my wife and I decided to start looking for a home, we had no idea what to expect. We were referred to the Etheridge Team by friends and colleagues and we couldn't be happier with that decision. Eddie and Maggie are fantastic and went above and beyond on numerous occasions before, during, and after our search for a home. We started our home search with little more than an approximate budget and a desire to own our own place. Over the course of several months, Eddie and Maggie patiently helped us narrow our criteria, understand our likes and dislikes, and zero in on the home that we ultimately ended up purchasing. From the very start, Eddie and Maggie demonstrated that they prioritized our interests over their own. Throughout the process, we discussed potentially moving out of state or delaying our purchase by a couple years, decisions that would most likely cut them out of the process. They were supportive of anything and everything we wanted to do. As an example, we discussed potentially moving to Austin, TX, at one point and they were quick to let us know that they were more than happy to help us find a knowledgeable and trustworthy local agent if that was something we decided to do. With their help, we compared the many pros and cons and decided that purchasing in Orange County was the best decision for us now. They are very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, which was especially important to us as first time buyers. We learned something every time Eddie walked us through a house and every time Maggie broke down the numbers for us. They were with us through the highs and the lows of the home buying process, and they were always available at a phone call's notice. I would highly recommend the Etheridge Team to anybody who is looking to buy or sell real estate. tl;dr Eddie and Maggie are good people and good real estate agents.
