I worked with Ed and Therese Milestone in a complicated multi property 1031 exchange. With their assistance I was able to sell two properties and do a successful 1031 exchange into two new properties. They not only helped to identify the best properties to look at based on my needs and resources, but also assisted in evaluation of the properties based on age, maintenance and a variety of other factors. In addition, the 1031 exchange vendor was a challenge and due to Ed and Therese's diligence, they kept the deals moving forward, including assuring that all the necessary parties, such as title companies and all agents were aware of the status of the various transactions.
