Ed and Therese Milestone sold my family's home in San Francisco & my condo in Oakland. I can't say enough about the help and calmness they brought me, especially when things became challenging with my tenant. They did a spectacular job and were on top of it at all times during the year we worked together! Ed prepared the properties for sale and made sure they looked their best, helping clear out items, obtaining bids for updating and managing the process to meet my timelines. Therese prepared the Listing Agreement and Disclosure Packet, making sure all required documents were Docusigned to me for signature, and then made available for the Buyers to review before making an offer. She also managed the marketing with their assistant: posting videos, pictures & open houses on social media, uploading the video to YouTube, mailing postcards, and sending mass emails to Realtors and their sphere. They put out many Open House signs in strategic places to attract the maximum number of buyers to the open houses. They both hosted showings / open houses, and provided text & emails immediately after, informing me of who stopped by along with their feedback and interest level. Their communication was excellent. Ed and Therese did a great job in helping me sell my apartment building. They were very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the value of my building. They advised me as to how prepare my building for sale. They had excellent contractors who did some of the work. Ed himself went above and beyond what a normal agent would do.
