Mr. Raines knows property value, is an expert on interior and exterior issues on the house and knows the area very well. Mr. Raines is easy to get a hold of and very helpful during negotiations.

I filled out several requests online and left voicemails for several realtors. Buzz was the first person to call me back and he was able to set up a viewing for a home that very afternoon! I knew that I could always count on Buzz to be available for my many questions. Both he and Lori were knowledgeable about the process and taught us so much without being pushy. Buzz was always sending us new properties before we found "the one". He also set up all the contractors, electricians, etc for estimates on the needed repairs and has followed up to make sure those repairs were done after closing. Buzz and Lori made us feel like we were their only clients because they were always there for us. Couldn't recommend them enough!
