Eddie was knowledgable about property values anad guided us appropriately in setting the sale price of the CO-Op, staging and advertising. We received an offer, just slighty under the list price, within days of the apartment going on the market. In addition Eddie had a back-up buyer in the event the offer we accepted fell through. We were and are very satisfied with his performance and would use him again if needed.
