We knew from the beginning that Ed would be the best realtor to help us buy our home. We we impressed by his deep understanding of market trends, his responsiveness to our personal needs and his ability to make excellent suggestions for solving problems. We felt comfortable with his professionalism and commitment from the start. We contacted Ed well over a year before we bought, with the intention of buying in six months. Because of personal circumstances, it took much longer. He was very patient, contacting us from time to time just to check in and offer help. He would occasionally send an email with several houses that he thought might interest us or update us with market trends. He was never overaggresive and was very responsive to our personal situation. When we were finally ready to buy, Ed was totally committed to helping us find the house that was perfect for us. He willingly spent as much time as we needed to view homes that we liked as well as to suggest others. He listened to what we wanted and understood our needs. When a question arose, he was quick to respond or let us know that he would get the answer. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. Thanks to Ed, our home buying experience was a pleasure because of his professionalism, attention to detail and genuine interest in our satisfaction Throughout the process he was a trusted guide. We thought selling our house after living in it for 52 years would be very stressful. However, it was much easier because of Ed's professionalism and his attention to detail. He gave us excellent suggestions about pricing which enabled us to sell our house within four days of listing and much higher than the asking price. His negotiation strategies afforded us ease in making decisions. When we hit a snag with a lien against our property, he was able to resolve the problem eaily and reassured us continually that it really wasn't a problem, and he was right, it wasn't. In addition Ed was an excellent communicator. He always answered our calls or texts promptly and kept us informed about every development. He also explained clearly the details of the contracts and the process involved in selling. We were first time sellers, and he was very patient with our many, many questions. He even provided suggestions for moving companies, insurance refferals, and much more. His suggestions for each of these were excellent. He also helped us navigate online processing which was not only new to us, but also sometimes challenging, He walked us through these procedures with patience. From start to finish, It was a pleasure to work with Ed when selling our home. His years of experience and knowledge made the process much easier and more stress-free than we thought possible. His pleasant and positive style with a hint of humor was very comforting. We wholeheartedly recommend him. He's the best!

Ed was truly exceptional. He has been in the business for 30+ years and it showed in his level of knowledge during the entire process. There were some bumps in the road during the sale of our home, through no fault of Ed, and he remained professional and patient through it all. His calm mindset gave us the confidence that he would get the job done-and he did!!! Ed always contacted me back immediately with all of my crazy questions and when I wanted to tour homes, he would get me scheduled to visit them as quickly as he could.
