Doug and Eddy really made selling my condo easy and painless. I moved out of San Francisco well before the property went on the market, and they did an amazing job supervising the work I had done on the condo while I was gone, in addition to managing the tours and open houses once the condo was officially for sale. The property looked really perfect once all the work was done, the condo was spotless and the staging was in. They also had great tradespeople at the ready to help me update the look of my condo! That was honestly the reason I chose them: they came up with a plan to get the best price for the condo, and all I had to do was write a few checks for the work. Throughout the property improvement process, Doug and Eddy were so professional and friendly - they were really a pleasure to work with. After I moved out, they kept me updated with photos, texts and emails. I also really liked their project management program they used to keep track of all the details Doug and Eddy picked an offer date ahead of time, and that turned out to be a great strategy for getting the best price. We got way above asking!

Doug and Eddy have been fenomenal. As foreign first time buyers, we had lots of questions about the process and Doug and Eddy were always ready to go the extra mile to explain every detail to us. They know San Francisco like no one, understood our needs right away and were never pushy at all. Also, visiting open houses with them was always a blast, like hanging out with friends. I will recommend them to anyone who need a good Agent in the future, hands down.
